POLYLUX’S EQUIPMENT FOR MONITORING TEMPERATURE

The CTM4 series is made up of temperature control units for temperature monitoring designed primarily to guarantee total electrical safety in medical facilities. They have the option of adding the front protective covers (MP96X96IP65) with an IP65 degree of protection as an accessory.

Some of the utilities of the CTM4 series:

Measure and control 4 temperature values, typically related to the windings and for the internal temperature of the panel, measured with PT100 sensors from -30 to +220 °C
The detection of critical values in the temperature of a power transformer allows a preventive diagnosis of the system, anticipating failures and costly damage.
Two alarm levels can be configured for each measurement channel (alarm trigger), which activate the switching of the output relays, which can be used for remote signaling or to disable the equipment under control.
On the front of the instrument there are 5 programming keys and two 3-digit displays, which allow viewing the temperatures and the alarm status of the measurement channels.
The presence of an RS485 serial port or ethernet port allows the control and programming of the control unit and the connection with Modbus-RTU or Modbus-TCP protocol to acquisition systems (PC, PLC, SCADA, etc.)
