The evolution in the electrification of homes, industries, transport, etc., causes the increase in consumption of each user, therefore, their power demand increases and as we can all understand, the increase in current on the line causes the consequent voltage drop in the same. In order to correct these inefficiencies, the stabilizer is designed to correct these voltage variations within its working range.

In short, we could say that a voltage stabilizer serves to protect electronic equipment from voltage fluctuations that may occur in the input network of our home or industry.

At POLYLUX, we focus on the correction of both voltage rises and falls caused by the different currents that may circulate in the power line. Although this effect can occur at any time and in any location, it is more common in those installations that are furthest away from the transformer station because they are the last installations on the line.

These installations are the most affected when all the users are consuming simultaneously, suffering a voltage drop of the line and an overvoltage when these users disconnect.

At POLYLUX we are constantly evolving and improving our product range to adapt to new demands in the market and remain at the forefront in our field. This is why we have evolved our VK and VTF voltage stabilizers by improving their input voltage ranges and their response speed.

The new version of our stabilizers has the following design features:

VK single-phase stabilizers:

  • Input voltage: 230V±20%
  • Output voltage: 230V±1%
  • Power ratings: 5÷50Kva

Three-phase VTF stabilizers with independent control per phase:

  • Input voltage: 400V±20%
  • Output voltage: 400V±1%
  • Power ratings: 5÷150kVA

For higher power ratings, please consult us for feasibility.

Our stabilizers are valid for those applications where the line voltage fluctuates throughout the day and, given that they are servomechanical, their use is not suitable for problems of peaks or voltage drops produced in a very short period of time.

All models are equipped with:

  • Built-in BY-PASS.
  • Automatic control of the regulation motor.
  • Digital current and voltage indicators.
  • Maximum overload 200% 2 seconds.
  • Visual and audible alarms.
  • Protections:
    • Against overheating.
    • Against short circuits.
    • Against over currents and overloads.
    • Phase failure and loss of protection by phase.
    • MCB input protection.
    • Protection outside stabilization margins.

In addition, all the stabilizers are automatically checked one by one, generating the conformity test report according to the corresponding standard.
