The TTD series is made up of three-phase isolation step-down transformers with different voltages, ratings and protection degrees designed to work continuously and at maximum performance 365 days a year. Thus, ensuring the supply to the installations or equipment they feed.
This series is composed of step-down transformers with 400V input and 230V output and ratings as from 0.63kVA up to 1000kVA.
We can find different versions depending on their degree of protection:
- TTDX: IP00
- TTDW: IP23
- TTDZ: IP54/65
Some of its utilities:
- The main use of TTD transformers is circuit maintenance, reducing the voltage as from 400V up to 230V.
- Change the neutral regime of an installation.
- They help to improve the quality of the signal feeding the loads in installations with a certain level of electrical noise.
Constructive features:
- All the transformers are dipped in anti-flash varnish and then compacted in the oven. This process increases the insulation grade, reduces noise and provides anti-moisture, waterproofed protection.
- All the connection terminals are made of copper. For transformers with aluminium coils, internal bimetallic AL-CU connections are made by welding with filling and sealing material to ensure a safe, long-lasting connection.
- The high-power transformers are manufactured with format cores and low losses properties, thus contributing to improving performance.
